Website Source provide 24/7 help desk and live chat support. Our experience with their help desk was good where they replied our email in short period of times. However, their live chat was not available at time. While their toll-free telephone support is available 7 days a week, but only covers during peak hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. We have also researched the Internet to find out what other Website Source customers rate this web hosting providers. In general, the feedback was not favorable for Website Source for their customer support.
